Inside the Hospital

How many hospital beds do we have? 

Total beds: 137 (including transitional care beds and 10 hospice beds)

102 of those are Acute Care Beds

Eagle Ridge Hospital is one of Fraser Health’s newest hospitals, with a capacity to accommodate more than 200 beds.

General Visiting Hours:
11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Monitored Care Unit (MCU)
11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Exceptions permitted based on patient’s condition. Please check with nursing unit.

East 1 B (E1B): Open visiting hours
East 2 B (E2B): Open visiting hours

 

Parking

Payment machines are located inside the front sliding doors, outside the emergency entrance and outside the cafeteria. After you have parked, please take note of your stall number as you will need it when you purchase a parking ticket.

You will not need to place a parking ticket on your dash.

Parking Rates
$2.50 per hour or a portion of
$2.00 for each additional hour
$5.50 for each 12 hour portion

The parking meters accept Visa, Mastercard, quarters, loonies and toonies.

 

Check In / Admitting

The Emergency Department is open 24/7 - 365 days a year. Emergency patients can make their way directly to the Triage Desk located in the Emergency Department.

All other patients attending the hospital for surgery or non-emergency services, please check in at the Information Desk in the Main Foyer.

 

Cafeteria

Eagle Ridge Hospital operates a full-service cafeteria open to the public.

Hours
Monday to Friday
8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Saturday, Sunday and Statutory Holidays
8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 2 to 4 p.m.

 

Hospital Cashier

The cashier is located in the main foyer, near the Information Desk. 

Hours:   Monday to Friday 
            
8:30 to 3:15 p.m.

The Gift Shop is closed during the following breaks:

10 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.
12 noon to 12:30 p.m.
2 p.m. to 2:15 p.m.
