Envision visits ERHF

After a $7,500 donation to the hospital Foundation, some cheerful representatives from Envision Charitable Foundation came to ERH to see the BiPap Ventilator they donated towards.  The ventilator, pictured below, is used on patients who come into ERH with respiratory problems (usually gasping for air).

Candace, Respiratory Therapist, says, "I don’t feel at all terrified when someone comes into the Emergency, unable to breathe well, desperate for help. I just keep them focused on me by telling them how relieved they are going to feel as soon as I put the ventilator mask on their face!"
